Why is the collection limited?
Our sarees are handwoven in small batches by skilled artisans. Limited collections ensure authenticity, quality, and exclusivity.
Are the sarees handwoven?
Yes. All Qala Banaras sarees are handcrafted using traditional Banarasi weaving techniques. Minor variations are a natural part of the craft.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing takes approximately 7–10 working days or more, depending on the weave and detailing.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery. A small advance payment is required to confirm your order, with the remaining amount payable on delivery.
Why is an advance payment required for COD orders?
Since our sarees are handwoven and prepared after order confirmation, the advance helps initiate the production process and ensures genuine orders.
Is the advance payment refundable?
The advance amount is non-refundable in case of order refusal or non-acceptance at delivery.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage during transit. No returns are offered for color variation or change of preference.
Do you provide fall & pico services?
Yes, fall and pico finishing is provided. However, blouse stitching and tassel customization are not offered.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we ship within India only.
