Order Processing & Dispatch

Each saree at Qala Banaras is handwoven and carefully prepared after your order is confirmed.

• Order processing time: 7–10 working days or more, depending on the intricacy of the weave.
• Processing begins only after payment confirmation (full prepaid or Partial COD advance).
• Shipment tracking details are shared once dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within India only.
• Delivery timelines are typically 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery delays due to courier partners or external factors are beyond our control.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after quality inspection.
• Advance payments for Partial COD are non-refundable in case of refusal.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before processing begins.
• Once handweaving has started, cancellations are not permitted.
